1. How long does delivery take?
All our items are made to order, we aim to dispatch within 7 days, however, this may be as long as 28 days occasionally, depending on colour/busy periods/holidays/very large orders.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cheque, Postal Order, cash (at your risk) and credit/debit cards (via paypal). Cheques and Postal Orders payable to Custom Vinyl please.
3. What does “Forward/Reverse” mean?
Forward decals can be applied externally, on glass and bodywork etc. Reverse decals can only be applied internally on glass so it reads correctly from the outside.
4. If I’m sending artwork, what formats are preferred?
Preferred formats are ai, eps, followed by jpeg, or even drawing through the post however in some cases, charges for artwork may apply (this would always be advised beforehand).
